IT STARTED WITH CARS
It all started in 1994. I was 14 years old when my passion for cars began. What started as curiosity quickly became discipline, and discipline became a career.
From long days and nights in the garage to working on complex performance engines, the focus was always the same: understand the problem, and fix it properly.
A defining moment came when a customer turned out to be Dan Gartofan, Romanian Rally National Champion, trusting us with a Subaru Impreza WRX engine rebuild. That job set the standard for everything that followed.
We didn’t grow through shortcuts. We grew through consistency, word of mouth, and doing the work properly.

What started as one garage has grown into four distinct operations, all built on the same values and run under the O.G.S. Mechanics name.
OGS MECHANICS
Where it all began. Full-service mechanical repairs carried out to a standard we are proud to put our name on. Every job – from a routine service to a complex fault – gets the same level of care and attention we have applied since day one.
OGS HYBRID & EV REPAIRS
Our specialist division for electric and hybrid vehicles. IMI-certified technicians covering the full scope of EV work – battery repair and reconditioning, high-voltage system repairs, diagnostics, inverters, charging systems, and more. Built because the market needed it done properly.
OGS Mechanics Keys – Trading as CAR KEYS SOLUTIONS
Automotive key programming, key replacement, and vehicle security. Transponder keys, proximity keys, key fobs, and immobiliser work — handled with the same technical precision we apply to everything else. No shortcuts. No guesswork.
INJECTOR REMOVAL SERVICE
We bring the work to the customer when the job demands it. Our mobile division specialises in injector removal, taking our technical expertise directly to the vehicle — saving time and keeping disruption to a minimum.
WHAT HAS NOT CHANGED
The businesses have grown. The team is bigger. The services are more varied. But the thing that drove me at 14 years old – that need to understand, to do it right, to keep learning – has not changed at all.
